At WonderlandByLilian, each gown is lovingly handcrafted to order — because your dress should be as unique as you are. 

Because every gown is made specially for you once an order is placed, we’re unable to accept returns or refunds. If you’re not sure about size, fit, fabric, or styling, please contact us before ordering using the form below—our team will gladly help you confirm measurements and details so your piece feels perfect.

 

 

Fit Support

In the rare case small adjustments are needed after delivery, email us within 7 days of receipt and we’ll advise tailoring options. At our discretion, we may provide a modest local alteration credit to support minor fit adjustments.

Order Issues & Damages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email contact@wonderlandbylilian.com within 7 days with photos/video. We’ll make it right—this may include repair, remake, replacement, or another appropriate remedy (determined by our team). Refunds are not available except where required by law.

Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours of purchase: 100% refund.

  • After 24 hours and before one week: 80% store credit.

  • Once production starts: Final Sale.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All gowns (custom, made-to-measure, and standard size)

  • Handmade accessories & jewelry (hygiene & quality reasons)

  • Shoes once worn

  • Fabrics, bedding & home items once opened/used

  • Sale/clearance items & gift cards

 

Our Promise

We know choosing a gown online is a big decision. While we can’t offer returns like large retailers, we do offer pre-order consultations, sizing guidance, and thoughtful post-purchase support—because the goal is always the same: your perfect fit.
