1. Production Time (Before Shipping)
Since the majority of our designs are custom-tailored or made-to-order, please note that Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time.

3. Urgent Deadlines & Rush Orders
If you have a fast-approaching event and need your gown sooner than our standard 3-7 weeks production window, we highly recommend selecting the $139 VIP Rush Service at checkout, or contacting us immediately.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
