At WonderlandByLilian, each piece is lovingly made to order—designed to reflect your unique vision and handcrafted with care by our expert tailoring team. In light of the personalized nature of our garments and to prevent misuse of our flexible policies, we are updating our return policy to a Store Credit Only system. We hope this allows us to continue offering customized, high-quality fashion while still providing thoughtful customer support.

 


 

STORE CREDIT & FINAL SALE POLICY


Due to our extensive range of styles and the made-to-order nature of each garment, our custom garments are final sale. However, we’re more than happy to assist you with store credit options should you encounter any issues.


Our team will also double confirm sizing and fitting with you before processing any order. You are always welcome to ask questions—we’re here to support you throughout your journey.

 


 

CUSTOM ORDERS & SIZING


Standard Sizes (no customization): Eligible for 70% store credit if the dress is returned in original, unworn condition within 7 days.

Customized Dresses (with design changes): Final sale, not eligible for credit or exchange.

Accessories (veils, cloaks, robes, etc.): Store credit of 80% may apply if unworn and in original condition. Customized accessories and intimate wear are final sale.

 


 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We take great pride in the quality of our dresses. Each item is thoroughly inspected before it ships. However, if you believe your dress arrived defective, please reach out within 7 days. Once verified, we will gladly replace it with the same size and style at no extra cost.

 


 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS ( Refund and Store Credit )


• Within 48 hours: 100% refund

• After 48 hours but within 2 weeks: 90% store credit

• After 2 weeks: 60% store credit

Custom and discounted items: Final sale

 


 

WHY THIS CHANGE?


We understand that every purchase is a meaningful one—especially for weddings and important events. However, we’ve experienced recent cases of dishonest chargebacks and claims (e.g. falsely claiming items were not received) which significantly hurt our small team and operations.


To protect both your experience and our team’s efforts, we now only offer store credit, ensuring that every genuine customer still has options while protecting the integrity of our made-to-order business.
